1. Make an activity journal and then write it in the other language: If your routine is basically the same in the morning, write it down! then translate it to the new language. The next day voice out each activity as you do it. It doesn't have to be perfect at first, you will get there with practice.
2. Write 25 words you like, then write them again in the new language. Repeat this exercise with the same words every day, test yourself after a week. Next week, repeat the exercise with the words you couldn't remember plus extra words to make up 25 in total, and so on.
3. Read a simple text in the other language, then translate to your own and check for mistakes. The next day practice the exercise in reverse with priority on message and context. Keep doing it back and forth until you do it perfectly.
